Whisper Fade: a whisper lost among galaxies
Close-up, wet curly hair, half-closed eyes and a high-collared holographic jacket that changes colour with the light. Behind, a pink galaxy, a moon, a spaceship and the skyscrapers of a futuristic city. The cover of «Whisper Fade» has something of an eighties sci-fi poster and something of an intimate portrait, as if the whole of space dimmed to leave only that face.
The title puts together two very soft English words, whisper and fade. It sounds like something said in a whisper and lost before anyone fully hears it. It makes me think of those things you're left wanting to say when someone leaves.
The chrome pink letters, slanted like a film logo, round off the atmosphere. Everything shines, but nothing makes a sound.
With headphones and the light off, at low volume, as befits a whisper.
