In the Quiet Room: shut inside a glass box

Four glass walls and no noise. In the Quiet Room presents itself with one of the cleanest covers I've made.

In the image I'm sitting on the floor inside a glass cube with black edges, in the middle of a completely white room. I'm wearing pink trousers, sunglasses and nothing but my tattoos. Legs drawn up, one arm on my knee, gaze lost to one side. The title, in big black letters, floats on the glass itself.

I'm very interested in that contradiction: a silent room that is, at the same time, transparent. You're isolated, but everyone can see you. It's like those moments when you need to stop and switch off, and even so you feel watched.

There are no frills, no colour except the pink of the clothes. It's a cover that asks for calm, and I think the song is best heard that way: unhurried, with headphones, at a time when you allow yourself to do nothing.

Go into the room, close the door and press play.
